Meetings are held twice monthly, on the first and third Mondays, at one of the area restaurants.  Members usually begin to gather at about 5:30 PM for camaraderie and socializing.  The meeting is called to order at 6:30 PM with members honoring the US Flag by the Pledge of Allegiance, a choral rendition of a patriotic song, and a short prayer.  A hearty meal, selected by the host restaurant, is served and eaten to the accompaniment of great conversation among members.  After the meal, the President calls the meeting to order and the business of the Club is conducted.  After the Club business is completed, the meeting is adjourned and the Club solicits donations among members in the form of a friendly raffle of items donated by members.  The meetings are usually completed by about 8:30 PM and many members stay for some friendly socializing and the occasional Sheepshead game.
