If you have your own boat, it can be launched at the resort with space to dock at our pier.

$200.00 per week is due within one week of making your reservation. Summer reservations require an additional nonrefundable $50.00. In case of cancellation, half the deposit will be returned if you give four weeks notice. If we can rent the Unit for that time period, we will credit the balance of your deposit toward a future stay at Plum Gate. This credit is not transferable and must be used within one year. Rates do not include sales tax. Rates subject to change without notice. No refunds for early check out. Balance due at registration, upon arrival.
